The 2024 Pool Season has Arrived!
April 18, 2024
Registration forms will be mailed to all owners or downloaded below. Completed forms can be:
- Dropped off at the maintenance office
- Faxed to (703) 968-0936
- Mailed to Chateaux Condo, c/o Sequoia Management Company, 13998 Parkeast Circle, Chantilly, VA 20151-2283
- E-mail: vlopez@sequoiamgmt.com and must be completed and returned to Vanessa Lopez at vlopez@sequoiamgmt.com.
Forms cannot be returned to the lifeguard. There will be a sign-in sheet at the guard table and residents will be required to sign in upon entry to the pool. Guests will not be permitted without a condo resident accompanying them.

Balcony Service Update

Parking Enforcement
June 7, 2022
Only Park in designated areas. The speed bumps to the townhouses are for emergency vehicle access; parking and blocking that access is illegal. Parking illegally may lead to towing at the owner's expense. Management has reinstated
Henry's Towing to conduct random checks for parking violations/towing.
Furniture/Bulk Item Disposal
June 7, 2022
The dumpsters are only for household trash. Management has noted that some residents continue to place large bulk items and construction trash outside the dumpsters. Doing so is not permitted because the trash service
will not pick up these items. Residents violating this policy will have the costs associated with removing these items assessed to their unit. If you have large items for disposal, please take them to one of Fairfax County's Recycling and Trash Locations or contact any local junk removal company directly.
The recycle bins are only for recyclable materials. Do not put your recyclable items in plastic bags, as these bags are not recyclable. Our recycling bins have limited space and fill up quickly, so please break down all cardboard boxes. If unsure which items are recyclable, you can review Fairfax County's list of recyclable items. Please help protect our environment by following these recycling guidelines.

Feeding of Wildlife

It has come to our attention that many residents are feeding the birds and squirrels on their balconies. This activity must stop - it is a health issue and causes other issues like ants, roaches, and mice as this is a feeding ground for them.
